Herbal smoothie with pear

  • 15 ml Tarragon syrup
  • 20 ml “Pear Williams” puree
  • 2/3 cup crushed ice
  • 30 g frozen spinach
  • 80 g banana
  • 120 ml apple juice

Decor : Pear slices and banana leaf.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl;
  • 2. Mix until smooth;
  • 3. Pour the drink into a highball glass;
  • 4. Decorate.
