- 15 ml Tarragon syrup
- 20 ml “Pear Williams” puree
- 2/3 cup crushed ice
- 30 g frozen spinach
- 80 g banana
- 120 ml apple juice
Decor : Pear slices and banana leaf.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl;
- 2. Mix until smooth;
- 3. Pour the drink into a highball glass;
- 4. Decorate.
