- 30 ml “Pear Williams” puree
- lump ice
- 120 ml water
Decor : Pear slice.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place puree, sauce and water in a blender bowl;
- 2. Pour ice into the blender;
- 3. Beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
- 4. Pour into a glass;
- 5. Decorate.
