Pear smoothie

  • 15 ml Frappe Vanilla sauce
  • 30 ml “Pear Williams” puree
  • lump ice
  • 120 ml water

Decor : Pear slice.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Place puree, sauce and water in a blender bowl;
  • 2. Pour ice into the blender;
  • 3. Beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
  • 4. Pour into a glass;
  • 5. Decorate.
