- 15 ml “Rhubarb” puree
- 20 ml Green Tea Matcha syrup
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 1/2 pcs. banana
- 50 ml cream 10%
- 70 ml peach juice
Decor : Mint inflorescence.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl;
- 2. Beat until smooth;
- 3. Pour into a glass;
- 4. Decorate.
