Smoothie with matcha green tea and rhubarb

  • 15 ml “Rhubarb” puree
  • 20 ml Green Tea Matcha syrup
  • 1 glass of crushed ice
  • 1/2 pcs. banana
  • 50 ml cream 10%
  • 70 ml peach juice

Decor : Mint inflorescence.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl;
  • 2. Beat until smooth;
  • 3. Pour into a glass;
  • 4. Decorate.
