A sharp knife is a necessary tool in every kitchen. Without it, it becomes difficult to cut thinly soft vegetables and fruits, and cut food without making additional efforts. To ensure and maintain high-quality sharpening of a knife, many different devices are used, for example, sharpening stones, sharpening stones, and sharpening stones.

Sharpening stones can be either natural, made from crystalline silica or quartz, or artificial. Before use, the stone must be wetted with water or wiped with oil, which prevents steel particles from clogging the pores and extends its service life.

Some models of sharpening stones have two working surfaces with different degrees of grit. This will allow you to sharpen and sharpen the cutting edge of the knife using one tool.
