Ravioli - quick and easy!

The closest relative of the familiar dumplings is ravioli pasta. This dish of Italian cuisine, known since the 13th century, has survived to this day and has become extremely popular. Chefs from all over the world happily serve it in restaurants as a main dish, main course, and even dessert! It all depends on the filling.

Making ravioli is not the easiest process. The dough is no more than 1mm thick, the amount of filling is adjusted, and gluing occurs exactly on the sides of the product. It’s not surprising that they came up with devices that make it easier to prepare ravioli.

The simplest is the ravioli mold . This is an item with shallow indentations and raised dividers. It will allow you to create beautiful ravioli that will be the same in shape and size. Pasta made using this form most often has a nice jagged edge.

There is a ravioli machine that allows you to make more items at once and is great for both home and restaurant use. Most often they come in the form of a special attachment on a pasta machine, which rolls out the dough to the required thickness.
