Receipt holders

In order to optimize work with customer orders in a restaurant or bar, receipt holders and pins are used. They allow you not to get confused with the ordered dishes and drinks and track their readiness.

A receipt pin can often be found on a bar counter. Receipts for prepared drinks are hung on it and taken to the guest.

The receipt holder is usually attached to a vertical surface near the cooks' work station. It is used to ensure that the list of dishes currently being prepared is in front of your eyes, which will make the work of the staff easier and reduce the likelihood of confusion with dishes. The holder is most often made of stainless steel or aluminum.
